Orders, Deliver or Collection

Orders may be placed online 24/7. Once purchased, artworks can be delivered, usually by art courier, or collected from the gallery.

International Orders

If you would like to order from outside the U.K. please  email sok@stannesgalleries.com with details of the painting and your location. These orders are subject to different delivery charges which will depend on your location which we can confirm directly to you. We will contact you to advise you of the delivery costs and delivery time. Goods delivered abroad are subject to local custom and excise duty which you are responsible for paying. (Not applicable if delivering to countries which are part of the EEC)

Order Confirmation

St Anne’s Galleries will send you a confirmation of your order by email. Where goods are being delivered by art courier, you will be contacted to arrange a date and time for delivery. If there are any problems with your order, we will advise you as soon as possible. If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us and we can cancel or amend your order up until the time of dispatch.

Methods of Payment

St Anne’s Galleries accepts payments by PayPal, and all major debit and credit cards through the Paypal Payment Gateway. If you wish to make a payment by BACS, please telephone for our bank details. We also will accept payment by cheque, however orders will not be released or dispatched until funds have cleared.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

You may return a purchased artwork for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds: If requesting a return only we will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge once we receive the artwork back in the gallery. You will also be responsible for the return delivery costs. The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment, either to the debit or credit card used or to your PayPal account.  Exchanges: if you wish to exchanging the artwork for another one, the replacement artwork will be delivered at no extra cost, at the same time as collecting the artwork to be exchanged. Depending on whether the exchanged artwork is priced higher or lower, the difference in price will either be refunded or the extra amount charged.

Statutory Rights

Artworks are checked and photographed before dispatch. If the goods are not what you ordered or do not reach you in perfect condition, you are entitled to a full refund. Please return the goods with a description of the fault, together with any original box/packaging, where applicable. In these circumstances, St Anne’s Galleries will reimburse the return delivery costs based on the original post and packaging charges, and will send a replacement if required, postage paid.

Products & Descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure that details of our art and prices are correct. All paintings, drawings and prints artworks are presented as ready to hang unless otherwise stated. The artworks shown on our site are original artworks, made by the hand of the artists. We reserve the right to change prices if necessary and without prior notice.  Should we be unable to fulfil your order, or part of, we will not be liable for the failure to deliver those goods in question. This does not affect your statutory rights.
